We’re all human, so if we think you might be trying to abuse the money-back guarantee (which isn’t very nice), we will ask you to return the SIM cards to us for full testing before we can offer any refund. This also applies if you want a refund for multiple SIM cards. If you continuously ask for refunds for your orders, we might have to stop offering you the money back guarantee.
